A Travellerspoint blog

Hi Evie,
We're very sorry that we have not written for so long. We think of you often and miss you lots. The internet is very temperamental, so a bunch of times when Tristan has checked it hasn't worked and we also get caught up in being busy and suddenly all these weeks have gone by, months even, without writing. So sorry once again.
Indi, Abbey, Mila and Ruby often fill us in on how you are going and it is always great to hear what you are up to.

Here are the most exciting things that we have been doing lately:

We are making our own PE lessons, we will start actually taking the lessons this week.
Some parents at school made a calendar for fundraising. On each page of the calendar there is a picture of different teachers from Spensley St and there is a fairytale theme. What is your address again? Tristan will send you one. It is VERY funny.
We got onto the ultranet last week, I'm not sure if you've heard about it. It is a special online system for schools in Victoria. The girls will tell you more if you're interested.
On Friday we had the farewell school picnic and that was fun. The calendars were being sold there and they went like hot cakes!!
There are only ten days left of school! That is pretty exciting.
We are doing Kris Kringle, make or bake or buy with a $10 limit.
The building is still going on, it is very noisy sometimes and the other day a whole lot of dust from the building site came into Area 2. That wasn't fun.
We had the school fete and it was really wet for the morning, lots of rain. But then it cleared up by the afternoon and it still went really well. The staff band didn't play this year though.
We have the Year 6 dinner tomorrow night and orientation day during the day. That will be a big and exciting day for the Year 6s.
And I'm sure the girls have told you about Year 6 camp, that was lots of fun.

So there you go. Sorry again for taking so long to write to you. Like I said, we do think of you often and miss you here at Spensley St.
Remember to send your address again.
From Tristan's class
